You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

For paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIZELABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
